Vacaville & Suisun Valley Wedding Videographer

This is home. I live in Vacaville, and Suisun Valley — the quiet wine region ten minutes from my door — is where I film some of my favorite weddings. Rolling vineyards without the Napa crowds, golden hillsides at sunset, barn venues and Victorian mansions that photograph like a dream: Solano County is one of Northern California's best-kept wedding secrets.

Because I'm local, everything is easier. No travel fees anywhere in Solano County, easy venue walkthroughs before your wedding day, and a videographer who already knows exactly where the light lands at Suisun Valley Inn at five o'clock in June. Couples get Napa-quality cinematography without Napa minimums.

My style is documentary at heart and cinematic in craft: your real vows, real toasts, and the in-between moments you didn't know were being filmed — edited into a film you'll rewatch on every anniversary. One wedding per day, always.

Vacaville, Fairfield & Suisun Valley Wedding Venues I Love Filming

Filming in Vacaville

I live here, and it shows in the films. I know which Suisun Valley ridgelines glow last at sunset, when the Vacaville hills turn from green to gold, and how to route a wedding day so we catch the valley's best light without rushing anyone. You get a local's knowledge, zero travel logistics, and full-day coverage that starts calm because the videographer slept in his own bed.

Vacaville Wedding Videography FAQs

Where are you based?

I live in Vacaville, California. Suisun Valley is about ten minutes from my door, Fairfield fifteen, and I film across all of Solano County — this is genuinely my home turf, not a market I drive into.

Do you charge travel fees for Vacaville, Fairfield, or Suisun Valley weddings?

Never. There are no travel fees anywhere in Solano County — or Napa, Yolo, and Sacramento counties either.

How much does a wedding videographer cost in Solano County?

My wedding films start at $2,700 for full-day cinematic coverage, and elopement films at $2,500. Most Solano County couples invest between $2,700 and $6,000 — see the pricing page for current packages.

Which Suisun Valley wedding venues have you filmed at?

Suisun Valley Inn at Monroe Ranch, both Vezér properties (The Blue Victorian and Mankas Gardens), Il Fiorello, and Bally Keal Estate, plus Green Valley Country Club and venues across Vacaville, Fairfield, and Dixon.

We're getting married in Napa but live near Vacaville — do you cover both?

All the time. Napa Valley is 30-40 minutes from my home, so a rehearsal dinner in Suisun Valley and a wedding at a Napa winery is an easy weekend for me — one videographer, no handoffs.

Do you also photograph weddings?

Yes — I offer combined film + photography coverage, and I work happily alongside any photographer you've already booked.

How long until we receive our wedding film?

Per my contract, wedding and elopement films are delivered within 6-8 weeks, and I share sneak peeks along the way.

How far in advance should we book a Vacaville wedding videographer?

I limit bookings to 20-25 weddings a year and often book 1-2 years out — popular fall and late-spring Saturdays go first. If your date is closer than that, reach out anyway; openings do come up.
